Our Birmingham's Dill Pickle Vodka is a true Saskatchewan favourite. The recipe was originally developed at Birmingham's Vodka and Ale House in Regina, Saskatchewan and became instantly popular. Thus, a fantastic collaboration was born!
In order to create an authentic, real pickle flavour, we partnered with Elman's Kosher Foods from Winnipeg, Manitoba who have been crafting certified Kosher dill pickles for over seventy years.
We naturally infuse their award-winning dill pickles and brine in our award-winning Lucky Bastard Vodka for a number of months. During this aging period, the flavours meld, and we are left with a smooth vodka that has a gentle take on old school brined dill pickles. We offer this in a handled mason jar - so you can keep it as a cool glass afterwards - and top it off with a baby Kosher dill pickle.
One of the best uses for Birmingham's Dill Pickle Vodka is the almighty Vodka Caesar, but don't be afraid to use it in your next martini.
