A perfect treat after a long day!

Amazingly smooth and only a touch of smoke which is nice!

NIce small batch release

This is the first LB whiskey I've tried and it's a really nice find. It's a limited release small batch blend that is aged for only about 5 years. The square bottle is attractive for the bar shelf and is similar to the JP Wiser's limited cask series release. It isn't too strong on the nose coming out of the bottle and has a warm amber color. It goes down very smooth with a very slow release. The slight burn doesn't stay long which is a bonus. Not overpowering at all. Even though it is only 5 years in the barrel it feels like a longer aged sip and at 45% it is smoother than you would think. Definitely best on the rocks, don't waste mix on this.
