Nocino (no-chee-no) is an Italian-style liqueur made with unripe walnuts that are still soft in their green husks. Nocino is sweet, spicy, and slightly bitter. It’s delicious served drizzled over vanilla ice cream, served on its own as an after-dinner digestivo, or mixed into a cocktail.
