Lucky Bastard Carmine Jewel Liqueur

Just opened the bottle of Carmine jewel liqueur - and I am pleasantly surprised.

From the sweet taste as you sip it to the pleasant sour aftertaste as you gulp it down, it will be a real challenge not to finish this bottle all at once.

Thank you LB for making this drink & the University of Saskatchewan for creating the cherry without which this tasty drink could not have come about.

I bought two bottles, thinking I would keep one for myself and give one to a friend.

Nope.

Sorry, pal, they're both for me because this stuff is DELICIOUS. It mixes well, but it is also perfect on its own. It's like the most delicious cherry pie filling you can imagine, and it's unbelievably smooth and sippable.

Even the bottle looks like it tastes good inside

I've never attempted to mix this liqueur with anything because it's already perfect alone. It's like drinking cherry pie filling (except with a better natural flavor and not sickeningly sweet).
