"Dear Lucky Bastards,

I'm just writing this brief note to provide some feedback regarding the customer service I received in your shop yesterday.

I live in Regina but I needed to visit Saskatoon for the first time in about a year and a half. I received a warm and friendly greeting from Vic as I entered. She was so nice and helpful and as she was showing me your facilities and telling me your story of how Lucky Bastard Distillers came to be. She introduced me (through the glass) to Ginger and Magic Mike. Her story telling was very engaging and entertaining.

So, after we exchanged a couple of fun stories, I purchased the products that I came in for as well as a couple of bottles that Vic convinced me were the best that Saskatchewan had to offer. I'm retired so I was able to try out my newly acquired dill pickle vodka (and "Squeezer) in a Caesar before brunch this morning. Vic was right! I'm so glad she was there to tell me about your excellent line of products. I will be back for more! 

Thanks to Vic for the enjoyable visit. As a former entrepreneur myself, I can say that she seems like a terrific employee who represents your company so well. 

So, I too am a lucky bastard. Although the lottery has never come through I did get to marry a woman that was way hotter than me and she stuck with me for the past 50 years!  Also because I've discovered Lucky Bastard Distillers which I intend to visit every time I'm in your fair city.
