The Saskatchewan government requires that any liquor sales made through our physical and online shops are subject to the Saskatchewan Liquor Consumption Tax (LCT) rate of 10%, regardless of where they are being shipped to. Any sales without the proper taxing included could mean the loss of our manufacturing license. Please refer to the LCT Act for more information.

Basically, shipping liquor to individuals in other provinces is still a fairly new concept here, and if our out-of-province customers would like us to continue producing, selling, and direct shipping our liquor, they will need to pay the Saskatchewan LCT rate.
