Premium Caribbean-style Amber Rum. Lucky Bastard Knock on Wood Amber Rum is fermented slowly from sugarcane and Caribbean molasses, then distilled in our copper pot still. Finally, it is aged in once-used bourbon oak casks for a minimum of one year, creating a flavour that is complex, wonderfully warm, and bursting with flavour.
